📦 Order & Shipment
Each product in our shop has a specific delivery time listed – and you'll also find it in your order confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the item, as not everything is stored directly in our warehouse. Many products come from our suppliers. This allows you to order a wide range of items – even those we don’t stock ourselves.
The stated delivery time includes both the delivery from the supplier to us and the shipping to you. Once your parcel is dispatched, it usually takes just 1–2 business days to arrive.
Some items are in stock – they ship immediately. Others are stored at our suppliers and need to be ordered in after you place your order.
The delivery time shown already includes both stages – from the supplier to us and then to you. Sometimes we even send items directly from the supplier to speed up delivery.
If a product is marked "ready for pickup", it’s available in our store and can be collected during opening hours.
‼️ Important: Our store and workshop will close permanently on 30.04.2025. From then on, we will operate exclusively online.
You can easily order via our shop – either as a guest or with a customer account (recommended). Why create an account? Because you’ll be able to track your order status at any time.
🗒️ Note for technical items – “Please check” If you're unsure about compatibility (e.g., with bike parts), you can leave a note during checkout, such as:
"Please check if this part fits a KTM SX-F 350, model year 2023."
When we see this, your order will be paused and manually checked before it ships. This helps prevent wrong deliveries.
You can pay with PayPal and are automatically protected by PayPal Buyer Protection. To be honest, you likely won’t need it 😉 – we always aim to solve problems fairly.
As soon as your parcel is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can check the status of your parcel at any time.
Your order has been received and is currently being processed – either directly from our warehouse or from a supplier.
Please give the shipping provider 1–2 business days. If nothing happens, contact us and we’ll help you out!

Yes! You can have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. Make sure you provide the following details during checkout:

Full name (as registered with DHL)

DHL customer number (Postnummer)

Packstation number (e.g., "Packstation 123")

ZIP code and city of the Packstation

You can return items to us within 30 days and get your money back.

You cover the return shipping if you simply don’t want the item anymore.
We pay the return shipping if:

Size exchanges for clothing are free of charge. Please note: This only applies to apparel – not technical items or accessories. Note: only for germany
Simply fill out our return form to start a return. You’ll receive a return label after we check that the return is within the allowed period and if a return is necessary.
